COMPLIMENTARY CONSULTATION
When you arrive at White Mountain Orthodontics for your complimentary initial consultation, you will be welcomed by our Patient Care Coordinator and guided through the new patient process.
You will meet privately with Dr. Rankie to review your orthodontic concerns. Dr. Rankie will do a detailed orthodontic clinical examination and will also review any records provided by your general dentist or previous orthodontist. We will usually take a complete series of digital photographs and a panoramic x-ray.
Dr. Rankie will thoughtfully review all of this diagnostic information with you and will discuss recommended treatment options, when appropriate to address your or your child’s concerns. Dr. Rankie is committed to providing you with the information you need to make an informed decision about your orthodontic care.
I think the the most important thing is to listen to the concerns my patient’s have about their teeth and thoroughly explain my diagnosis and the treatment options that may be available to them including early treatment, traditional braces, Invisalign and esthetic braces. -Dr. Rankie.
THE NEXT STEPS
If orthodontic treatment is indicated, our Patient Care Coordinator will meet with you to review treatment and financing options. For some children, starting treatment is more effective after further growth and dental development. In this case, your child would be reevaluated every six to twelve months until the timing is ideal to begin orthodontic care.
