Keagan - Office Manager
Keagan is a busy mom of two who enjoys balancing family life with time spent outdoors and pursuing her favorite hobbies. When she isn't driving her kids to their activities, you'll likely find her reading, gardening, skiing, hiking, fishing, or planning her next travel adventure. She also shares her home with a dog and cats, making life even more lively. Keagan loves being part of the team at White Mountain Orthodontics because of the warm, welcoming atmosphere. She appreciates working in a close-knit office where coworkers and patients are treated like family, making ever day enjoyable and rewarding.
Sarah - Treatment Coordinator and Hygienist
Sarah grew up in Naples, ME, where she spent a lot of time boating, camping, four-wheeling, snowmobiling, and ice fishing with friends and family. Her favorite place in Maine is Popham Beach, where she loves to find sand dollars and swim. She has a Boston Terrier named Milo who loves to go on walks and meet new people. She graduated from hygiene school in 2017 and has enjoyed meeting many people through dentistry over the years. She enjoys using her knowledge and skills to help people achieve healthy, beautiful smiles!
Sarah enjoys working with Dr. Rankie and the team at White Mountain Orthodontics because they get to help improve patients' quality of life and confidence while having a lot of fun! She also gets to apply her dental hygiene background to the orthodontic world through treatment planning and patient education.
Sage - Clinical Manager
Sage grew up in Brownfield, ME, where she developed a love for the outdoors. She enjoys hiking, camping, hunting, and spending time with her family. Fall is her favorite season because she loves the cooler weather and being outside.
Outside of work, Sage enjoys spending time with her children and family. They love camping, bonfires, cookouts, and making memories together. During the fall, she also enjoys hunting.
Sage has been with WMO since 2018 and has loved growing alongside such an amazing team. Dr. Rankie and Keagan have taught and encouraged her throughout her career, and she is grateful to work with such a supportive office. Her favorite part is getting to know patients and helping them achieve confident, healthy smiles.
Kaytlyn - Clinical and Lab Technician
Kaytlyn is a proud mom, wife, and sister who is deeply passionate about the things she does and the people she loves. A fun fact about Kaytlyn? She once had the opportunity to cook with Guy Fieri!
Outside of the office, Kaytlyn enjoys spending time hiking, relaxing on the lake, baking, and making memories with her daughter, Raevyn, and her wife, Emmily.
What she loves most about working at WMO is the warm, welcoming atmosphere and the amazing team she gets to work alongside every day. Her favorite part of orthodontics is the lab work, especially handcrafting Hawley retainers. She also loves the science behind orthodontics and understanding how every treatment helps create healthy, confident smiles. Being able to combine creativity, precision, and patient care is what makes this career so rewarding.
Karissa - Clinical Technician
Karissa was born and raised in Maine! She has 2 pugs named Maple and Mayla that mean the world to her.
Most of her free time consists of spending quality time with her dogs, family, boyfriend, and friends. She also loves hitting the thrift store for some hidden gems and good deals!
Karissa started at White Mountain Orthodontics back in 2024, after she decided it was time for a career change. She couldn’t be happier with the choice she made to go into orthodontics. Being able to connect with patients and help them achieve a beautiful smile is such a rewarding feeling. She has learned so much over the past year and a half working at White Mountain Orthodontics and has made some great friends along the way. She can’t wait to see what the future holds for her while she continues learning and growing with the WMO family.
